This is a beautiful Spanish Revival, hacienda courtyard style home built in 1928. There are beautiful common spaces both indoor and outdoor, including the kitchen and hot tub. The house is situated on a canyon which enhances the sanctuary feel of the home. The area of University Height/Normal Heights is very hip and walkable. We are known for our craft beer breweries and great restaurants. The house is also close to Balboa Park and the SD Zoo and freeway close to all major hospitals in SD. It's a quick 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest beach. The room has an attached full kitchen and a gorgeous newly renovated ensuite BR. It also has an ironing board and iron. There's a smart TV. We have internet but no cable TV. The mini apartment has a designated entrance via the covered dining patio adjacent to the fountain courtyard. This is a great little apartment!!! It's a mini apartment within an historic Spanish home occupied by the home owner and her husband and son. The apartment has its own designated entrance. The bath has a bidet toilet with a heated seat and a large walk in newly tiled rain shower with hand held option. Good ceiling fan. The common areas are gorgeous! There is a sauna as well. . Neighborhood: Very popular and hip neighborhood. Very sunny and walkable. Close to downtown and beaches. Great restaurants, bars, yoga studios and parks.
