We have a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house now available for rent, offering a modern, contemporary living experience in a new home (built in 2021). Two bedrooms are on the first floor, the master is on the second floor. The rear 1st floor bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The front 1st floor bedroom stands alone but has a full bath across the hall. The primary bedroom is alone on the second floor offering a complete primary oasis with walk in closet and full bathroom, with tub. We are happy to convert one bedroom into an office if that meets your needs better, just let us know and we will remove a bed and add a desk. The front yard is perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The propane fire-pit, outdoor furniture and grill are there for you to use. The garage is also available for you, where we have dumbbells, a bench, and washer/dryer (bought in 2021, nice LG units). The house is located on one of the widest streets in North park, offering plenty of street parking right outside your front door. The location was awesome when we lived there; 15 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, and walkable into North Park. Driveway is currently unavailable to use due to due a city sewer box issue creating a dip in the driveway. We are working to get this fixed and there is ample parking on the street.
