Both the ocean and bay side have wide boardwalks for bicycling, walking or jogging and equipment rentals are a short walk away where you can find bikes, scooters, paddle boards, surf boards, and more! On the first level, there is a garage that can tandem park 2 medium size cars, a full size washer and dyer, a full bath with double vanity and two bedrooms. One bedroom as a queen size mattress and other bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom and trundle bed underneath). Both bedrooms have French doors that open to the private outdoor patio. The second floor occupies the main living area of the home with the kitchen, living room, and dining area that entertains 8. The living room has large windows that allow great daylight, great views and cool breezes. Also, the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen includes everything one would need to entertain or just live day to day, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and most importantly, cork screws. You also have access to a propane BBQ for outdoor grilling. The third floor hosts a large master bedroom with skylights.
