Welcome to our newly built private guest studio thoughtfully designed for comfortable extended stays for a solo traveler. Situated in a separate building behind the main home, this completely private second-floor studio features its own entrance and fully fenced courtyard, offering a peaceful retreat with the privacy of a standalone space. Ideal for traveling healthcare professionals, remote workers, SDSU faculty and visiting scholars, corporate travelers, or anyone relocating to San Diego, the studio combines modern comfort with a quiet residential setting. Within walking distance are SDSU, Viejas Arena, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, bus stops, and the Green Line Trolley, making it easy to get around without a car. Major hospitals, Mission Valley, Fashion Valley, Snapdragon Stadium, downtown San Diego, and the beaches are all easily accessible by car or public transit. ⭐To help speed up the screening process, please include an introduction with your inquiry or booking request, including the purpose of your stay, your current employment/work situation, anticipated length of stay, and any other relevant details about your stay that you would like to share. If you are new to the platform and don't have guest reviews yet, we'd especially appreciate a more detailed introduction. Please also confirm in your message that you have read and agree to all house rules. ⭐ 1. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and the host family lives in the main house on the same property. Parties, events, large gatherings, loud music, and excessive noise are not permitted. Please be respectful of our household and neighbors. 2. Treat our home with care: This guest studio is part of our family property. Please treat the space with care and respect, as you would your own home. 3. Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please avoid loud conversations, music, high TV volume, or other excessive noise during these hours. 4. Parking: Street parking requires a residential parking permit. One permit is provided for your stay if needed. Whenever possible, please park in front of our property to help minimize the impact on our neighbors. 5. The studio is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator). 6. The studio is reserved for one registered guest only. Overnight guests and additional occupants are not permitted. 7. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs: Illegal drug use and smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana/cannabis, are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the studio, private courtyard, and all outdoor areas. 8.Occasional maintenance access may be necessary during your stay. We will provide advance notice. 9. No open flames: Candles, incense, and other open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property. 10.Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.

The space

The studio features an open-concept layout with high vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light, creating a bright and spacious feel well beyond its 400 square feet. The beautiful full kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. An in-unit washer and dryer provide the convenience of doing laundry without leaving the unit. The studio is accessed through its own private entrance via an exterior staircase to the second floor.
