The added bonus: everything in our home - from the mattress to the smart TV to the standing desk - is months old and we are very clean and neat. So come kick it in this SoCal gem. Our 1B/1B is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in SD, but just minutes walking distance to South Park's popular attractions on Fern Street / 30th Steet. It's a stone's throw to North Park, Hillcrest, and University Heights - where we frequently bike to - and an easy bus/car/bike ride to downtown or world famous Balboa Park. Your setup includes a fully furnished 1BR/1 BA with a full kitchen that has a dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as an electric standing desk great for WFH or students. You will have access to our backyard, which is constantly being updated with better plants, hummingbird feeder, mini outdoor kitchen, and hammock. You will have access to everything we have to offer - from our brand new smart 55" TV, roomba vacuum, kitchen, and so on. New updates include a brand new hood over the induction stove, new chairs, and new sheets. As an Airbnb Superhost (check out our reviews), were new to Furnished Finder but we are attentive - if there is anything you need we're here for you. We can discuss start and end dates and want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay with us.

The space

Our 1B/1B is a private, separated unit with access to the backyard pergola, outdoor furniture, and any summer beach gear you need (surf and boogie boards, beach games, etc.). The W/D is attached to the unit, making it easy to do your laundry. There is a L2 EV charger for J1772 and Tesla vehicles that guests may use weekly. Our home is especially great for someone just landing in San Diego or a working professional who wants space without roommates. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Just a few blocks away from your home is also #2 bus stop that takes you Downtown to the Gaslamp, Little Italy, and Petco Park. Close to hospitals, schools, beaches, and major commerce, you will be in a prime location.
