Both bedrooms have ample four foot closets with built-in shelving. Eclectic quaint SAFE neighborhood home near darling Adams Ave /Antique Row Shops- Restaurants, Breweries and Pubs only two blocks away. Vons grocery store is two blocks away. One block away is Bus 10 bus route and 2 blocks to transit/trolly. All amenities of home for you to enjoy. We're happy to help make your stay a pleasant one! If you're looking for well kept bright warm charm... and a welcoming stay...come right in! We'd love to share. Adults preferred please. Our home is your home. We want you to be comfortable and to make you feel like home. Unfortunately I do not allow pets whatsoever. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or other on or near the property please. The home is completely furnished including kitchen cookware towels, surround sound TV in theater system, air fryer microwave, linens and cleaning supplies... Etc. There are security cameras around the outside of the property/driveway for your security & protection. The rental has a nice front porch and yard for you to enjoy your morning coffee or catch some rays. If it's anything missing I'll be happy to supply it for you. The neighborhood is also known for concerts in grassy Trolley Barn Park as well as outdoor movie screenings at Ward Canyon Park, which also has play areas and walking paths. The nearby North Park and University Heights area offers Asian, Mexican, Greek, and Ethiopian eateries.
