This condo is located ideally between Pacific Beach and La Jolla. The location is walking distance to our neighborhood grocery store - Gelson's. There are many little restaurants and coffee shops all with in a 15 minute walk. The condo complex is small with just 10 units. This unit is on the end providing extra privacy and a views of the front yard. The condo does have two bedrooms but we are only renting out the guest room. The guest will have the entire condo and the guest room.

The space

The living room and kitchen are downstairs with access to a private small outdoor patio that faces the street. Two sets of sliding french doors provide lots of light into the dining and kitchen area. The guest room that will be rented can be set up as 2 twin beds or a king bed. This condo complex is small with just 10 condos. The neighborhood is very walkable. Gelson's grocery is at the end of the block. Cass St and Turquoise St offer several restaurant in walking distance.
