Our Suite is located in the lower level of our home. We live upstairs, however the unit is very private. You will have an outdoor space, BBQ and dining area. Inside is a clean cozy space - queen bed, large sofa, Smart TV, Full, nice size bathroom. Kitchenette includes Microwave, Hot Plate, Air Fryer, Toaster Oven, Kuerig type Coffee Pot. We offer housecleaning once per month (more upon request) but will have cleaning supplies in unit. A great space to work or call home after work. Walk to the beach for sunsets - great restaurants, bars & shopping within walking distance. Von's and Trader Joes are close as well. We keep things stocked but are always happy to accommodate should you need anything.

The space

An open, bright studio attached to our home, but completely separate and private. Large patio area with outdoor dining area and plenty of lounging space -queen size, memory foam bed, comfy couch, nice size closet with dresser - kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, hot plate & blender. No actual stove, however you can easily make a meal with what we have. BBQ available upon request. Nice size full bath with a tub & shower. No W/D but will clean the unit, towels & sheets bi-weekly. Neighborhood: We are in a quiet neighborhood of North Pacific Beach- a close walk down to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. There is plenty to do outdoors and lots of fun restaurants to explore. Beautiful sunsets nearly year-round.
