Wifi included. Fully stocked kitchen. Coded security gate. Home has A/C and heat. Electric Fireplace as well. Shared Laundry, shared outdoor space with seating area, grill, and hot tub. There are 3 1-bedroom units in the back that share these with you. Also rented out to traveling medical professionals.

The space

At 720 sq ft this classic craftsman home has a cozy feel with built-in cabinets and electric fireplace while feeling refreshing with lots of windows and natural light.
