You'll love cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or having a quiet moment enjoying the views of Del Cerro & Lake Murray Dam from our outdoor oasis. The Nurse/Professional will enjoy a nice queen bed, desk, wardrobe, Internet, and Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. Our house is of a high clean and organized standard and is also tastefully decorated. The bathroom has a tub/shower, linens, and plenty of shelves to store your essentials. Our home has a front loading washer/dryer makes life convenient and the black out curtains will help day sleepers. The outdoor patio comes complete with table and chairs, Fire pit, Water feature, and use of the grill and smoker. Kitchen has GE Cafe Appliances and Reverse Osmosis drinking water. A short walk to parks, coffee, restaurants, shopping, worship and more. Just minutes from several hospitals and clinics and less than a mile from SDSU north of Montezuma Rd. Our home is a serene spot to come home to at the end of your day. Rent includes once a month housecleaner services for hard clean in bathroom and bedroom. We have 1 Dachshund dog named Max that like to snuggle. Ryan is a Project Manager with SDG&E. Reggie is a Director of Oracle/NetSuite and works from home. We enjoy travel, dinner parties at home, game night, gardening, and international cooking.
