Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home a block from the water, watch sunsets over the Pacific every evening ! A block to a local surf break. Walking distance to several beaches, including the main beach of Ocean Beach, the end of Bermuda and the end of Santa Cruz. walking distance to everything in town. Bus stop close by for business hour downtown San Diego access, as well as Harbor access. It's my primary home and will feel like a home for whoever decides to midterm rent. I look forward to meeting you! Neighborhood: Ocean Beach is the most unique and beautiful community in San Diego! Restaurants, bars and shopping are in walking distance. We have a very happening farmers market every Wednesday and events such as the Christmas Parade in December. My neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly.
