The home is complete with two spacious living areas, a large dining table, a sparkling kitchen with an eating area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully gated pool and relaxing pool deck are perfect for children and adults alike. The pool is not heated at any time. The beach is located about 5 blocks west right down the street and is a great place to relax, swim, and take walks. Pacific Beach has plenty of restaurants for a quick take-out or to dine-in. La Jolla is located minutes away without going on the freeway and offers beaches, attractions and restaurants. Due to the quiet nature of our neighborhood, we do not allow parties or large gatherings at any time. This home is for people who appreciate the quiet area and respect it as well.
