A private, newly carpeted bedroom in our 3 bed / 2 bath home, ideal for a traveling nurse or remote professional. The room features a comfortable queen bed, a spacious closet, and a desk for work or study. You'll have access to the guest bathroom located just downstairs which would be your own private bathroom for your use. Our home is shared by two working professionalsone works remotely full-time, and the other commutes into the office. While we dont have pets of our own, we do occasionally foster friendly dogs, so dog lovers are welcome! Additional features include: * **In-unit laundry** * **Private sunny back patio** * **Bike access for exploring the area** * **Optional off-street parking (for an additional fee)** The property is part of a quiet 4-unit community of owner-occupied and rental homes. We aim to provide a peaceful, welcoming environment and are happy to answer any questions about the space.

Cozy bedroom, with a large closet! The bedroom is located on second floor. Bathroom is located downstairs. Only tenant will use the bathroom and is for their own private use, owners have their own. We are also happy to give you a parking spot for an extra 50 dollars a month!
