Welcome to our PB Beach Casita! Tucked away from main thoroughfares in a desirable residential pocket of North PB, this newly updated home with air conditioning offers a peaceful sanctuary while keeping you moments from coastal living. Walk easily to Trader Joe's, Vons, cafes, and local restaurants. You are within one mile from door to shore for fast access to the ocean, Mission Bay, and even Kate Sessions Park. It is the perfect spot to access everything our beach town has to offer while enjoying a quiet stay in America's Finest City. Like many spots in PB, this home is located on a shared property. We live on site with our 2 dogs and daughter in the "main house". The property is fully fenced and gated, with a shared entrance, full size shared washer & dryer, and shared outdoor patio & grill. The Guest Casita is fully detached from our home, with its own entrance. Please note this home is also an active short term rental. If you are looking for a shorter stay, feel free to inquire directly for short term rates and availability. Additionally, rental rates vary seasonally, with peak pricing in effect during the summer months from May through August.

The space

French doors welcome you into the cozy Living Room of the Casita. Past this is our fully equippe kitchen with dining table that seats 3, and an outdoor table that seats 6+ people. The bedroom is located off of the Living Room. The bathroom, with a standing shower, is accessible through the bedroom. A sliding door in the bedroom opens up onto the shared patio. Enjoy this space with your favorite book and beverage. Please note that some of the furniture in the photos may have changed.
