This property is situated in Jamacha Lomita, right near the 94 freeway in southeastern San Diego, which puts you downtown in around 10 miles. Or, you can hop on the 54 and be at the Mexico border in approximately 20 miles. This 1,700 sqft home is 4 beds, 2 baths and positioned atop one of the many hills in Jamacha Lomita, with a view of downtown San Diego and beautiful sunsets. All bedrooms are located in the newly (mostly) remodeled, modern styled second floor. One bedroom is available for rent and comes with an unattched private bathroom/shower. The second room is the owner's office. The third room is a fitness room (see pictures) with kettle bells, dumbbells, general fitness equipment, and a smart TV for watching workout routines/yoga videos. The owner resides in the Master Bedroom and has his own private bathroom. The available furnished guest bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, night stand, seven-drawer vanity dresser and matching five-drawer chest. Additionally, the open closet is equipped with hangers, one extra set of bed linens, two sets of bathroom linens, and mini-fridge for your convenience. A smart TV is available to log on to any of your streaming subscriptions. The window treatment is a non-corded blackout honeycomb shade. The view from the window is the backyard pool and the neighboring residences on the hills. The ceiling fan and lights are corded separately and operate off of the wall switch. Downstairs is the garage, cleaning closet, bath, living room, dining area and kitchen. The whole ground floor is more traditional, set in Saltillo tiles throughout with cast iron and dark wood accents. The bath is also newly remodeled with a vessel sink atop a live-edge maple slab and a vintage cast iron singer sewing machine legs. The baseboards, chair rails and shelf are all matching maple with Bohemian style tiles in between, all behind a private vintage barn slider. The kitchen is loaded with Mexican tiles and knotty pine. All appliances are new and feature black stainless steel. The backyard is accessed through the kitchen patio slider. There is plenty of space to relax during your time off at the tables, under the sail shades or under an umbrella on the Baha shelf in the pool. All community areas are available for use, including the backyard, the kitchen, living room, laundry and the driveway in the designated parking spot. The house is very environmentally conscience and observes super off-peak and off-peak times as the best for high energy use tasks (laundry, washing machine). In the winter the heat is set to 68 and in the summer the A/C is set to 78. There are ceiling fans in each room. All lights have been replaced with LED bulbs and there is a compost bin available next to the sink. Separate recycling and trash bins in the kitchen are labeled.
