The home is in a great location right next to Tecolote Canyon, with the canyon's walking and hiking trails within walking distance. Tecolote Canyon Golf Course is also right nearby. Home highlights: - Private bedroom - Private bathroom - Backyard with a pool - Outdoor grill - Gym in the garage with a peloton, rower, cable machine, squat rack, and free weights - Only one other person + a dog living in the house - Walking distance to Tecolote Canyon trails - Near Tecolote Canyon Golf Course - Shared kitchen and living spaces A little about who would be living in the house - I am a 32 year old female who works from home in tech sales. I like to go to workout classes, coffee walks, traveling, going to dinners, and occasionally going out. My dog is a 5 year old Siberian husky and would also be in the home! Perfect for someone looking for a peaceful home base with outdoor space while on assignment in San Diego. Feel free to message me for photos, more details, or availability!
