This is a cozy 1 bedroom duplex (front half of a house) with a separate entrance and a large private yard. Just 4 miles from the beach, we have ocean breezes that keep the place comfortable all year round. This is ideal for the traveler who likes to sit outside with the butterflies and birds, since the space opens up to a beautiful yard for your private use. This has a kitchenette with just about any kitchen appliance you need to cook without an actual oven. Across the street is a large park with tennis and basketball and a killer view of Mission Bay. This is the perfect place to relax after a hard day's work. Centrally located in SD, it is close to downtown, Sea World, Balboa Park, the zoo and several hospital/health care centers.

The space

The yard is gated (keypad entry). Laundry is available in the garage through the side entrance. Both the bedroom & living room have smart TVs. Cooking appliances include a microwave, Blazant counter top air fryer/oven, Nesco countertop burner, electric griddle, 2 electric skillets, electric wok, rice cooker, Ninja air fryer, electric tea kettle, coffee makers, blender, toaster & a grill. No dishwasher. Bedroom has small desk. Neighborhood: Private duplex four miles from the ocean in beautiful Bay Ho, just above Mission Bay in the middle of San Diego county. Lovely residential neighborhood immediately across from a large park with tennis and basketball courts. Located 1 mile from the Balboa Avenue Trolley station, making access to both north and south SD easy. Peaceful safe neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of the house.
