This place is a townhouse in a 4-unit building with dual master bedrooms upstairs and a half bath in the living space downstairs. I am only 1.5 blocks to the beach, so very easy to get there with a ramp at the end of the street, yet I don't have to deal with the saltwater damaging the place or property that you get right on the ocean. We are right near Law Street Beach which has yoga on the beach multiple days a week (I go on the weekends). The apartment is easily walkable to everything you need (grocery store, many restaurants, bars, etc.). I am just far enough from the main parts of PB that it doesn't get noisy/rowdy but close enough to all that if you want to partake. There are a lot of amenities you don't often find in this area, hence why I haven't left. The place is fully furnished so all you need is your personal belongings and you'll be ready to go. Your bedroom gets a great breeze so it doesn't get too hot, but in case you still want it, there's a portable air conditioner that you can easily turn on or program. Its a queen-sized hybrid (springs and memory foam) bed on a frame that moves both the head and feet. The closet is huge with plenty of hanging space as well as a full dresser and additional shelves (behind the floor to ceiling mirror doors). Ive included a small foldable desk and an office chairyoure your computer or other needs. There is a TV in your bedroom with a Chromecast so that you can stream straight from your phone using the high-speed WiFi that you'll have access to. And there are blackout curtains in case youre working nights and need to sleep during the day! The bathroom has the toilet and bath/shower behind a separate door with the sink in the room area. Downstairs there's another TV in the living room that I have another Chromecast and Google TV setup with all my streaming logins that you're welcome to use. The living room has a sectional couch and a matching recliner chair with a cool concrete coffee table a previous roommate made. There's also a fully functional gas fireplace and tools, I don't use it often but you're more than welcome to! My kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware as I do enjoy cooking for myself and others throughout the week with plenty of Tupperware for leftovers or meal prepping. Theres a microwave, toaster oven, blender for shakes, and an AeroPress for your coffee/espresso needs. There's a full-sized refrigerator where I barely occupy half of it when I'm at my most stocked state and I have a chest freezer in the garage that still has plenty of space. There is also lots of storage space in the garage as well as a washer and dryer (no coins needed). There's a full-sized grill on the back patio as well as a high table with 3 chairs for some BBQ and enjoying the great San Diego weather. The dining room table is large and allows for hosting dinners. I also have a cleaner come to do a full clean of the apartment once a month while I'm at work, but we can adjust the time as needed. One of my favorite aspects is that you won't need a single key for the apartment as I have code locks on both the front door and the garage! Just let me know what you want your code to be and youre ready to move in.

The space

This is a brand new remodeled unit with shared living space downstairs and dual masters (bathroom ensuite) upstairs. There's a patio space out back with a table and chairs as well as a propane grill. There's a detached garage where the private laundry is located (washer and dryer). And you are only 1.5 blocks to the beach!
