Private master suite (large!) within a charming corner cottage in a wonderful historic neighborhood of San Diego. Centrally located, 15 minutes to beaches. 10 minutes to downtown and so much more. Very walkable area- close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Furnished in an eclectic rustic style, you will instantly feel at home. Your bright and sunny room is east-facing and steps from a private bath and (rarely shared) front room with a fireplace. The open-concept kitchen and great room separate you from the owner's suite in the back of the house. You will often feel like you have the entire house to yourself! When the weather is nice (which is most of the year!) enjoy the shared and very welcoming backyard that includes a hot tub spa, covered deck, large propane fire pit, grass, and barbecue area. (Shared) Washer and dryer off the kitchen/garage.
