This private master bedroom is on the second floor of a shared apartment with a comfortable, lived-in atmosphere. The room features a queen bed, a dresser, a nightstand, lamps, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV on top of the dresser, ensuring you have everything you need to settle in. Your en-suite bathroom offers extra privacy and includes a double vanity and a large soaking tub/shower combination. You will share the common areas with me, but the apartment's layout allows for individual privacy, with the bedrooms situated at opposite ends of the space. This design also accommodates socializing when you feel like it. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ample cabinets, a large island, and pantry shelves for your convenience. In the living room, you'll find a large couch, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 75" wall-mounted TV, making it perfect for watching movies, TV shows, and sporting events. If you're a football fan, I have NFL Sunday Ticket with Red Zone to catch all the Sunday games, as well as Hulu and Prime for watching games during the week. The deck just outside features two chairs and is a surprisingly peaceful spot to watch hummingbirds visit the feeders I have set up. The gated complex includes two swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, gas barbecues, and walking paths, providing a well-rounded mix of activities for staying active or relaxing. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment or on a private street within the gated community. There is also an attached garage to the apartment suitable for a motorcycle, but it is not large enough for a car or truck. I love animals, so if you have a non-destructive pet, I would welcome them. If you have a dog and my schedule allows, I'd be happy to help with potty walks and spend time with them while you're not home.

Shared spaces within the apartment include a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen with a nice-sized island, and a deck with outdoor seating. Neighborhood: The apartment complex is Monte Vista, located across the road from stores (Costco w/gas, Lowe's, Ikea, and other retail), Starbucks, and several restaurants. <br /><br />Snapdragon Stadium is also right across the road from the complex, making any event they are hosting a leisurely walk without worrying about parking. You can also catch the trolley right behind Snagdragon, which keeps commuting simple. There are hospitals and other medical facilities close by as well.
