The rental is a new construction guesthouse with a private entrance. The cottage is located directly behind our primary residence, but it has been designed with privacy in mind. The quiet tropical garden with firepit is instantly calming after a long day. With a cleaning service scheduled every 2 weeks included in the rent, all you will have to do is relax!

This one bedroom/one bath home offers a chic living space with a bright and airy ambiance given its vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows with garden views. Come enjoy! Neighborhood: The guesthouse is minutes to downtown San Diego, Old Town, Mission Bay and local beaches, but the neighborhood is a quiet working class community tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
