University Heights is a safe, quiet neighborhood with a small town feel, beautiful plant life abound, and great amenities! 5 minute walk to Trolley Barn Park and desirable University Heights strip where there are many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. A quick jump onto the Hwy 8 to reach the beach in only 9 minutes, or bike over to Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo! It is also quite close to the popular North Park and Hillcrest neighborhoods where there are grocery stores, a Farmer's Market, many hospitals, and much more. Stay in a safe, quiet area with easy parking, while still being a quick walk away from bustling Park Ave. Quick hop on the highway to get to the beach in 10 minutes.
