This very private unit is set at the back of the house with its own private gated entry and is fully furnished including deck furniture. The bathroom has under counter washer and dryer, large walk-in closet and bright south facing obscured windows. Quite neighborhood close to Target, shops, restaurants, MTS Bus and bike lanes. Plenty of free street parking. You may have some of the local backyard neighbors (racoons, and critters) visit the deck on occassion. We had 2 babies with the parents last spring. 2miles from Downtown, near Balboa Park, North Park, Hillcrest, Bankers Hill. Min lease is 30 days, 6 months is preferred. Monthy rent of $2550 includes trash, recycle, composting, and ATT Fiber internet WIFI.
