My home is in a 6 unit complex. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath furnished condo. Approximately 1,000 s.f. Quiet neighborhood & complex. I keep the second bedroom/bath for myself (99% during a guests stay, I do NOT visit. However, I leave the option open if I need to come to SD) have hosted for 9 years to female nurses & business women. Great people and experiences being a host. Ocean/City view off front balcony . Back is a small yard- sitting area, succulents. Open floor plan. Baths remodeled. I will be at my second home or traveling during your stay. You'll have the house to yourself unless I need to visit, I will use my master bedroom. Garage parking, w/d in garage. Although I love pets, no pets, sorry. Centrally located to several hospitals under 5 miles (Radys, Sharp, Mercy, Kaiser), Old Town 2 miles, Mission bay 4 miles. I am retired, easy going, active 63 year old woman. I am inviting a clean, quiet, respectful professional woman to enjoy my home. I have programs called, "Valentines for Seniors" & "Partners for Paws" with pages on FB which will show you more about me.
