The garden offers a view of the ocean, lemons, oranges, and passion fruit. The unit is equipped with a fireplace, king-size bed, dining table, and kitchen (two sinks, stove, 4 burners, fridge). From the studio, you have direct access to an office garage that is fully at your disposal. There are two desks with monitors for work and a couch. You enter the laundry room from the garage - a shared space with neighbors - a family with two kids. It is a great location: a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to Newport Ave - the main hub with all the famous restaurants and shipping. You never have to leave OB - people have stickers that literally say that:)

Very quiet and safe family-oriented neighborhood with awesome neighbors on all sides. Quick walk downtown for groceries, cca 15 mins walk from the beach.
