This condo is in an amazing complex with beautiful lush greenery, and a lagoon with birds and ducks in addition to the great amenities: large, heated, salt-water pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, BBQ areas.... what else could you want? AND...it's also super close to the beach! And even in SD you need A/C... this place has that too! Wifi and utilities are included.

The space

Recently remodeled kitchen and replaced futons with comfier couches. Also has a nice new designated workspace for people that work from home. Plenty of storage with 2 large closets. Bathroom has a double sink, deep tub to soak in, but who wants to soak in a tub if you can go soak in the jacuzzi? swim in the saltwater HEATED pool, or go workout in the gym? Actually, we also have tennis courts (can be used for pickleball also), sand volleyball courts, BBQs, fish pond, steam room and sauna. Come see!! Neighborhood: This is a great neighborhood walking distance to grocery stores, and close to beaches, freeways, parks, businesses, restaurants, fast food, banks, and everything else you would need.
