The space

Flexible stays. Minimum stay 31+ nights. Please ask for rate for 6 month or longer stay. Stays less than three months include utilities (water/sewer/trash/natural gas and electric/basic internet). Stays for more than three months, we ask that you transfer and pay for the SDGE (natural gas and electric). Otherwise SDGE monthly "allowance" not to exceed $200 month. Neighborhood: Wonderful Point Loma area of San Diego. Close to Downtown San Diego, San Diego International Airport, convenient freeway access. Quiet, upscale, Vista La Playa condominium, fully furnished in mostly owner occupied boutique complex. Secure underground convenient parking, elevator close, no stairs required.
