I can see the bay and Point Loma from my spacious rooftop deck with a BBQ. There are international restaurants a 5 minute walk away, welcoming neighbors, and an abundance of San Diego sights and beaches moments away.

The space

When away, Ive enjoyed renting my home for the last 14 years with Airbnb. There are 2 completely separate units. I am licensed for Short term for the separate downstairs apartment. But, upstairs must be 32 days or longer. The home is 100 years old and has been loved by me and my family since 1990. A favorite spot for guests is often the large deck surrounded by trees, succulents, birds and butterflies. Theres a distant view of the bay, the airport and Point Loma. Its a very unique and comfortable home! Neighborhood: Country living in the city, but only a 3 minute drive to the freeway. Restaurant Row a 5 minute walk. Popular, safe neighborhood thats central to beaches, downtown, Balboa Park, sea World. <br />Many guests return!
