The apartment is part to the main house on the ground floor with separate entrance, and the only space on that level except the garage which is used for storage only. The house is contemporary and artistically designed and surrounded flowers and fruit trees. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. I live in the main house above the unit with small fourteen year old dog.

Secure WiFi, independent AC/HVAC, sliding glass door with view of a tropical mural. Access to outdoor area with view of the bay, and parking in the drive way. Neighborhood: Spectacular view of the San Diego bay from the street. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking, and the area is very safe. Near hiking and walking trails.
