Ample storage with a closet and pantry. Full size kitchen appliances, gas stove, filtered water system, pour over coffee maker and Gourmia 8-quart air fryer for all your cooking needs. Or don't cook at all and just take a short stroll to one of the many restaurants that offer a large variety of culinary tastes and flavors that will surely satisfy any craving. Ample natural light floods the studio to help inspire the completion of your goals or close the room darkening shades and cozy up to your favorite movie. Keep cool with dual ceiling fans and the wonderful westerly ocean breezes. Relax at the end of the day in the original, classic clawfoot bathtub/shower combo. The space

In the 1920's this house was moved twenty-five country miles from Jamul to the heart of South Park. After WWII it became a boarding house for returning soldiers. We're the proud second owners of this home and are in the process of recapturing its characteristics of yesteryear with a mix of today's modern marvels for a harmonious balance. Neighborhood: South Park is a vibrant neighborhood, known for its eclectic mix of local restaurants, cafes, and independent shops. The area has a strong sense of community and charm, offering a quieter atmosphere while still being close to the city's heart.
