Bright, spacious suite located at the back of an historic home and nestled into a backyard filled with fruit trees, grass, garden beds and a chicken coup (no roosters)! Spacious studio includes Queen bed, Queen sofa sleeper (for your guests!) and large, private outdoor patio, private entrance and ample street parking. Great for singles and couples for longer stays. Our family of 3 is onsite, making it ideal for singles and people new to San Diego. We were born and raised here so we can help you find your groove very quickly! We have a lively Boston Terrier who might pay you a visit and we welcome your pet as well.

The space

This studio is attached to the back of our historic home and includes a large, private patio for indoor-outdoor San Diego living! There is a shared laundry room between our two living spaces that soundproofs both. The neighborhood is walkable and close to everything. We're very friendly and love sharing food and fresh eggs so if you're new to the area, you truly have a built-in little nest to come home to. Five minute drive to San Diego's historic neighborhoods of South Park & North Park, Balboa Park, Coronado Beach and the Zoo.
