It is on the 2nd floor and an elevator provides easy access. The building has a shared laundry room. There is 1 dedicated parking space in the garage. Sun streams in to every room through the many large windows, which are all equipped with electronic shades, You are fairly close to the airport, about 15 minutes away. Windows are double-paned and there is a curfew on flights between 11:30 pm and 6:00 am. so any noise is minimized. The dining table expands to seat 4-6 and there is counter seating for 3.
