Located on the second story with its own private entrance, you will access the studio apartment through a locked gate and staircase at the side of the house. The layout of the studio provides maximum opportunities to enjoy the spectacular views of the city and you'll especially appreciate the sunsets while relaxing on your private deck. The apartment has all the conveniences you'll need to make your stay stress-free, including Wifi, a streaming SMART TV, your own heating/AC unit, and convenient parking right in front of the studio. A dresser and closet ensure sufficient storage. You have access to a washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room located on the first floor of the property, and there is convenient access to trash and recycling receptacles. This apartment has been designed with your comfort and ease in mind! We use Keycheck to provide credit and background screening on prospective tenants. Renter pays for screening ($40.00). Minimum credit score of 680 required for lease. Cleaning fee $125.00 due at the end of lease/tenancy.
