( I have to be present when you visit the pool, hot tub racquet courts etc since you will be my guest), and you can jump on the freeway and get to almost anything fast in any direction. You are close to upscale areas like Rancho Santa Fe and 4S Ranch, as well as wonderful shopping (North County Fair mall is 2 exits north, while grocery stores like Sprouts and Trader Joe's, and movies (Angelika) are the next exit south, only minutes away.

The space

Courtyard leads out to the street, with parking right in front of the house. Downstairs is the kitchenette and sitting area, with stairs leading up to the bathroom with bathtub/shower, and 2 bedrooms. Laundry is available on premises (laundry hours Monday through Friday, hrs 8-8). Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle and a Gourmia air-fry oven with toast, bake, air-fry, pizza, broiling and convection bake settings. Full size fridge-freezer. Neighborhood: A quick commute from almost anywhere, just off the 15 freeway, you will find our High Country West neighborhood nestled peacefully amongst mature trees and neatly groomed yards, with a friendly family atmosphere, close to shops and entertainment, medical facilities and businesses (SONY is within walking distance) and a 15-20 minutes' drive to La Jolla beach. Carmel Mountain Plaza (movies, shops), 4S Ranch (library, shops), Rancho Santa Fe ( nature trails and shops) are all close by.
