THE PROPERTY LAYOUT: The home is accessed through the ally through the one car garage, a common feature in the Talmadge neighborhood. The home is modern and beautifully appointed with hotel towels, high thread count sheets, and a kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy a glass of wine outside in the fully private and fenced backyard around the fire pit with market lights twinkling above you after a day of adventuring in San Diego! Each room has its own AC/Heating unit for energy efficiency and personalized comfort! PARKING: There is a small 1 car garage that fits small to mid-size vehicles. Larger vehicles, particularly SUVs, will need to park on the street (there is great street parking). EXTRA PET FEE: We love furry friends, but they do add wear and tear on the home. If you are bringing pets, please disclose this during booking. There is an extra monthly cleaning fee of $300 per pet.
