This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath home has its own private entrance and access to a shared backyard. The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It features a mature orange tree with delicious fruit, a nectarine tree, and a small garden where you're welcome to grow your own vegetables, herbs, or flowers. We live in the front house with our friendly pup, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, quiet, and respectful shared space. Water, trash, and SDG&E are paid by the owner, with the tenant reimbursing the monthly utility costs. The owner also provides a gardener twice a month to keep the yard looking beautiful year-round. While there isn't laundry on-site, there's a laundromat just a few minutes away. If you're looking for a comfortable home with a peaceful outdoor space in an amazing location, we'd love to hear from you!
