Charming one bedroom unit in the heart of University Heights, San Diego. University Heights is a quiet and safe neighborhood filled with craftsman homes and excellent local restaurants and bars. The property includes all the amenities a guest would require for their stay including flat screen LED smart TV's, towels and linens, fully equipped kitchen, full size bed and is very well furnished. Services within one block include local coffee shops, restaurants and bars, laundry and public transportation. One pet is welcome, less then 10 pounds and sorry, no exceptions. There is a utility cap of $80. This should not be hit with responsible use of Gas and Electricity (turn off A/C/Heat when leaving the house). Unfortunately San Diego is the most expensive utility market in the nation. The property is centrally located to everything San Diego has to offer with Balboa Park and it's museums, including the San Diego Zoo only 2 miles away. Pacific Beach and the coastal communities are a quick drive west. Scripps Mercy hospital and the UC San Diego Medical Center are just down the street.
