We have a free-standing beamed-ceiling cottage with updated everything: wood-look tile floors, smooth freshly painted walls, white shaker kitchen with clay-fired farm sink, quartz counters, tall baseboards, ceiling fan and mini split air conditioning unit (& heat & air purifier), 2 dimmable chandeliers, pendant light in kitchen, Samsung stove and oven, new bathroom with black and white tiled floors and custom tile shower with glass shower doors, and a garden view. Although the cottage is free-standing and private, we want to ensure resident is comfortable around pets and children as we have dogs and kids who are often use the shared back yard... which is west-facing and has beautiful sunsets. This is a quiet neighborhood on cul de sac street but 5min from the UTC mall (outdoors, very nice) the trolley and about 7min from La Jolla Shores beach. (Had the electrical done for future W/D but for now, tenants use the awesome laundromat drop-off service 3min away which is usually same day, reasonably priced, theyll use free & clear, and theyll hang clothes too)
