The Traveler's Home in San Diego is peaceful, cozy and centrally-located in North Park, a popular neighborhood known for having a wide variety of eclectic stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars! This charming home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, comfy living room with dedicated desk, full kitchen, and a large deck! The location in very central to the downtown, beaches, bays, and a variety of other sights and activities. Great for vacations, digital nomads and traveling nurses and professionals. The home features an updated kitchen with quartzite countertops, stainless steel gas stove, full fridge and dishwasher. The living room has a 52 flat screen TV with Netflix included. There's also wireless internet provided. You'll also find newer dual pane windows and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a comfortable king size bed and the other with a queen size. The bathroom comes with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and a first aid kit. If you need to do laundry during your stay, there's a washer and dryer conveniently located in back of the house. Enjoy the large deck/patio off the back of the house! It's perfect for outdoor dining with family/friends! You are welcome to the entire house! Excluding the garage, the back unit, and the smaller unit below the home (garden level). Please be mindful of the noise level after 10pm. The driveway is shared between units on the property. There is 1 spot for your use (there are 3 spots, you may choose any one, see listing photo). If you have additional cars, street parking is available. The house is conveniently located only 3 blocks from San Diego's famous Balboa Park which has an abundance of activities from golfing to museums this park has it all including the World Famous San Diego Zoo which you could drive to in 5 minutes. The house is centrally located and conveniently situated in North Park and near Hillcrest one of San Diego's hottest neighborhoods for urban tourism. The neighborhood is beautiful. Just slow down and enjoy. There is some much to see and do.

The space

Trendy North Park, where coffee shops, craft-beer bars and indie boutiques line University Avenue, is also a beautiful, relaxing, and safe area to live in. The restaurant scene is heavy on brunch spots, upscale pubs, taquerias and sushi lounges, and nightlife often revolves around the Observatory North Park, a 1929 theater. It is also centrally located with easy access to many beaches, downtown and Balboa Park, with it's multiple museums and San Diego zoo.
