This lovely separate 1 bed/1 bath home sits up high at the back of the property with treetop views! There's a peaceful front deck that overlooks the large backyard! This is the perfect place for traveling nurses and professionals, as well as digital nomads. Great for an individual, a couple, a small family, or small group of friends (3 people maximum). Your San Diego Nest will be cozy, peaceful and centrally-located! Netflix is included! This 1 bed/1 bath home is small but comfortable! The unique thing about this place is its location...near multiple hospitals as well as 1 mile from Balboa Park, the Zoo, the heart of North Park, and Hillcrest! The area is walking, running, biking, and kid & pet friendly! The bedroom has a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two. There is a pull-out futon bed in the living room. There is a large walk-in closet with shelving and clothes hanging off the living room (perfect for clothes and general storage). Your stay includes towels, linens and pillows. There is a 32" flat screen TV and WIFI internet throughout the flat. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel stove/oven, fridge and microwave, as well as plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware. You will have the whole home to yourself. It is a separate unit in the back of the backyard (3721 1/2 Mississippi Street). There is a cute access path between the front house and a separate unit at the end of the driveway, past palms and fruit trees all the way to your home. The home is a good distance away from the main house and has some beautiful trees making it a comfy private space. The outdoor free washer-dryer may occasionally be shared with guests from one of the other units (only 2 units, including the Nest, share this WD). The driveway is shared between units on the property. There is 1 spot for your use (there are 3 spots, you may choose any one, see listing photo). If you have additional cars, street parking is available.

The space

Trendy North Park, where coffee shops, craft-beer bars and indie boutiques line University Avenue, is also a beautiful, relaxing, and safe area to live in. The restaurant scene is heavy on brunch spots, upscale pubs, taquerias and sushi lounges, and nightlife often revolves around the Observatory North Park, a 1929 theater. It is also centrally located with easy access to many beaches, downtown and Balboa Park, with it's multiple museums and San Diego zoo.
