A stylish retreat designed for indoor/outdoor living with lots of natural light , beamed ceilings & art and a seperate office off the main bedroom. -4 bedrooms. 1 King, 2 Queens PLUS an office/bunk bed room if you need even more space for visiting guests which sleeps an additional 2 people. - Perfect for a couple or small family or 2-3 friends/associates to share. - Huge high-end chefs kitchen also for cooking. - Large dining room and living room with beamed ceilings throughout the home. -People especially love the private central courtyard with pond, outdoor dining area and outdoor fireplace. Central San Diego. Close to everything .Plenty of parking. We are in the Central San Diego Metro area. Close to freeways connecting all of San Diego. 12mins to Downtown or Balboa Park, 18 to the beaches, 5 minutes to San Diego State University, 10 mins to Mission Trails & Cowles Mountain hiking. You can pretty much get everywhere in Central San Diego in about 15-20 mins max from the house. You have to walk about 15min to get to public transportation. Please note: 1) Renter responsible for Utilities. Owner covers trash, yard maintenance, and internet. 2) A mandatory cleaning every 2-3 weeks will be included in the final lease. This is to keep the property in good shape and regularly cleaned for longers stays as well as to support our cleaning staff livelihood. Linens will be washed during this time also. Our cleaners will be used since they know the property well. This will added to the monthly rent or can pay cleaners directly.
