Private and quiet with no common walls in a safe, friendly walkable neighborhood that even has wonderful events! ( https://talmadge.org ) Private entrance to your studio with plenty of on-street parking right outside your entrance. Landlords live in the front house for added security. 350 square feet of abundant light, with dual pane windows, great airflow and high ceilings that give the space an incredible roomy feel. Custom cabinets, window seating, bamboo flooring, tucked away bedroom alcove with new top of the line mattress and bedding, good closet space and GREAT views from every window. Private deck for your morning coffee or intimate entertaining. Beautiful, friendly neighborhood half mile to the best "Y" in SD. Use of mountain bike too! Landlord offers laundering all bedding, towels, and cleaning rags for you bi-weekly. Clothesline, too! Easy to scheduled use of washer and dryer in main house. Could fit two people ($50 extra to cover utilities for 2) but prefer 1. Bi-weekly cleaning service included in the rent. May consider a small dog, with extra deposit. This neighborhood requires that tenants compost. San Diego has high utility and water rates, and we ask tenants to be conscientious. The space

The studio has a Queen bed in the bedroom alcove. Neighborhood: Talmadge is an historic neighborhood established in 1925. It is a diverse area with vibrant, friendly residents, neighborhood events and beautiful homes. Talmadge is named after three Hollywood movie stars, Norma, Natalie and Constance Talmadge. Located near San Diego State University & many of SD's hospitals, isolated by canyons on the north and west, the community's entrances are set off by the Talmadge Gates. The recently renovated Talmadge traffic circle marks the heart of this terrific neighborhood.
