Two blocks away from the grassy Old Trolley Park and 2 min drive to the 8 and 805 entrances. One spacious primary bedroom with a Nectar Premium Hybrid king bed, 47" tv, two walk-in closets, a dresser, and blackout curtains. One secondary bedroom complete with with a large desk and computer monitor with all necessary hook ups. Large sliding mirror door closet and pull out full sized bed frame with additional real gel-infused memory foam mattress. (Bed and mattress can be stashed for bigger office, or desk can also be removed prior to renting for a more spacious bedroom). Also equipped with black out curtains. Fully equipped kitchen, two ovens, air frier, ninja blender, pressure cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, modern french door refrigerator, abundance of open cabinets, and large butcher block island with two kitchen stools. Spacious bathroom, bidet, numerous open cabinets, hair drier, hair straightener, full bath and shower. Finally, a cozy and accommodating living room with 65" tv, sound bar, large comfy L-shaped couch, record player, speakers, glass table breakfast nook, and two French doors that swing open to a private deck with a forest backdrop, complete with a six person dining table, outdoor couch to lounge on, and string lights for any night time hangs. Comes with linen and towels. Yoga ball, matt, adjustable hand weights. Utilities paid for. Laundry is free and shared with the two other tenants on the property. Housekeeping comes twice a month to clean and water the plants. (you can choose to opt out) One flight of stairs to the apartment. One designated parking spot.
