Shared laundry is tucked in the far corner of your L shaped long patio and used by all 3 rentals; one other rental will use your gate to access your patio to get to the laundry on their laundry days, and another rental will use their own private gate to access the laundry. Designated laundry days means no one else will mess with your laundry. This shared laundry system has worked well for 25 years. The front yard with big green privacy hedge is shared by the 3 rentals, and your mail and packages are delivered to the front porch of the front duplex. **Book direct with the owner with a lease (6-month minimum) or book on Airbnb (3-month minimum). Utilities (Smart TV, WIFI, garbage, water) are included, but you pay SDGE (San Diego Gas and Electric).
