This 1-bed 1-bath is centrally located in the Hillcrest Neighborhood with easy access to all of San Diego. Extremely walkable location with countless coffee shops, restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Ralphs), gyms, banks, hospitals, and more. Within about 8 minutes to the famous SD Zoo, Balboa Park, and downtown. It is furnished with custom, hand-built furniture, giving you that unique experience you won't find anywhere else. You will have 1 off-street parking space. The bedroom has 1 king-size bed with multiple sets of black linens. It is a high-quality foam mattress on a custom-built platform bed frame. Two wall sconces and nightstands on either side of the bed. There is a fan mounted to the wall, a wall heater and a double door closet. The living space is equipped with a 70" smart TV. The couch is custom-built and measures longer than and the same width as a twin bed, so plenty of space to get comfortable. There is a hall closet and extra throw blankets. **Payment details** $2450per month is for 90 day minimum rental with one person. There is a bar height table with 4 bar chairs for dining or working. It is on casters and can be rolled in front of the tv if you like watching television while you eat. There is also a coffee bar with a Keurig to make coffee via pods or drip. Another two bar chairs are located here. If you enjoy working close to the coffee, this may be your workspace. There is a fully functioning kitchen with all the basics. Full refrigerator with freezer, oven with cook top, pots, pans, etc., plates, cutlery, drinking cups, mugs. Also, a very nice blender if you use one. We have also added a portable dishwasher, for which I can give you some instructions on how to use it if you wish. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet for enhanced hygiene and to limit the use of toilet paper. There is a tub with a shower. You will have access to an iron, a small ironing board, and a blow dryer. There are many plants around the apartment, so hopefully you are a bit of a plant person and enjoy or don't mind watering every so often. They are cacti and succulents, so they don't require much attention. The outdoor patio area is shared, but can be a nice place to hang out and enjoy the sun or shade without leaving the property. This is a fully non-smoking property. Our upstairs neighbors have a very friendly St Bernard named Crispy. he is a large and extremely friendly dog, very sweet. So if you love dogs, you might be each other's new best friends. The upstairs neighbors I have known for nearly 20 years are great, kind, easy to talk to, or can just as easily keep to themselves, depending on your personality and preference, but know they are awesome. The property is fully fenced/gated with tall hedges and is secure. You'll be sharing the entrance with just the upstairs neighbor. There are ring cameras at both outdoor gates and an overhead camera monitoring the parking area, so for being in the middle of the city, it can really feel like a nice little hideaway.

The space

This is a very unique space that will hopefully feel like your home away from home. Not like a sterile ikea copy and paste apartment. You will be required to apply and be accepted through the property management company and will be attached to the month to month lease for the duration of your stay. This will come via roommate addendum. It is an easy process but like I said you will need to be approved and there will be forms to sign. Please reach out with any questions!
