This is a perfect turn-key rental for a family. We are located less than 200 yards from two parks with playgrounds and pools. The community has several other pools with hot tubs and a couple lap pool options. There is a skate park near the elementary school along with a basketball and tennis court. The home is updated and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need. Utilities are all covered by the owner as is the weekly landscaping. Please note, the SDGE electric bill will be covered up to a cap of $500. If a tenant creates a charge in excess of $500, they will be responsible for the difference.

The space

The home is ideal for a family of 2-6. Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have king beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Upstairs is a loft space currently used as both an office and entertainment space. There is a two car garage that will fit two cars with extra storage space to the side and overhead. The large enclosed patio is a lovely space to enjoy the pleasant San Diego evenings.
