The garden apartment is located on a quiet block in the Castro ad is a short walk away from Noe Valley, Dolores Park, and the Mission, with easy access to the rest of the city via public transit. You'll be a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station, a 10m subway ride to downtown, and a 5-15 minute drive to most of San Francisco's largest hospitals. Street parking is available with several permit free streets within 2-3 blocks. If you are out of town, we can also assist you in getting a short-term parking permit so you can park on the block in front of the unit. The apartment itself features high ceilings, a large bedroom with walk-in closet, a separate living room with smart TV, and a fully stocked eat-in kitchen. Both the bedroom and living room look out on the backyard so there is no noise from the street. Garden also has lemon, apricot, and plum trees. There is access to your own washer and dryer on site as well as an extra-large pantry for storage. Everything is included so no extra fees for internet, utilities, etc. No garage parking or dishwasher available. Month to month available. Preference for those who intend to stay a minimum of 3 months. Security deposit of $2,000 that is fully refundable at the end of your stay. Proof of employment and income is required. Lastly, we prefer no pets but will consider small hypoallergenic dogs with a refundable pet deposit. If you are interested in the apt and have a pet, please include a description!
