About me: I'm a single, 44-year-old female with two Cocker Spaniels. I work from home 2-3 days per week. I'm up by 6 a.m. and in bed by 10 p.m. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful. I love hosting guests and making sure they have every comfort they can imagine. My home is a beautiful seaside escape, blocks from the open Pacific ocean. About you: You are a traveling nurse, professional, or visiting family member of someone in San Francisco. You are looking for a minimal home-base for a short period of time. You are not a big entertainer or cook. You are quiet, clean, and respectful. You are ok sharing a home with dogs (dogs will not enter your space). Must knows: - This space is for single occupancy. - Pets are not permitted. - While this space is a private room and bathroom, it is in a shared, single-family house. There is no separate entrance or divider between your living space and mine. - There is not a full kitchen. - One of my dogs sometimes barks when he hears loud sounds. - This space is not close to the financial district / downtown San Francisco. More detail: Bright, peaceful and private 1BR, 1BA Queen room available in a quiet home in SF's Outer Sunset neighborhood. You will be living on the ground floor of my 2-story home. My 2 Cocker Spaniels and I live on the 2nd floor. This space is 1 block from the Muni N train line, 200 feet from the Muni 18 bus line, steps from YogaBeach yoga studio, 1 block from Golden Gate Park, 3 blocks from Ocean Beach, surrounded by local shops and restaurants including Hook Fish, Outerlands, Celia's, Damn Fine Pizza and more. There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance (Other Avenues is 1 block, Guss Community Market is 5 blocks, Safeway is ~1 mile). This space sports high-end Parachute brand bedding and towels, a full black-out curtain for an excellent night or days sleep, and a sound machine with your choice of 20 noises to drift off to. This space also comes with access to a shared backyard and garden oasis with furniture ready for serenity and escape on a sunny or foggy day! You will have access to a mini fridge in and a microwave oven that is also an air fryer and a convection oven. The space comes with your own coffee maker and toaster. For dishwashing, you will have access to the laundry sink with wash basin and all wash materials provided. This home has a gas-powered tankless water heater, which means unlimited hot showers and no worries if you shower at the same time as me. I will cover costs for security system, pest control, and Xfinity high-speed wifi. We will split costs for water, heat, electricity, and trash/recycling/compost. There is a TV in the room. It is equipped with Google Chromecast so you can cast any subscriptions you are a member of to the TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) much like you would do in a hotel. No TV subscriptions are provided. Parking on the street is free.
