ABOUT THE APARTMENT: *This is a bright, charming, fully furnished Victorian Apartment (sublet) in the heart of the city! Great for Professional Renters that work from home and have dreamed of living in San Francisco, Professionals Interning in SF, Travel Nurses, or transitioning to SF. The unit is on the second / top floor (walk-up), there is only one unit below making it more of a duplex/house than an apartment building. The apt it has 2.5 bedrooms (technically it is a 3 bd but I don't want to pretend that one room is huge, it's not, and has been transformed into a great office for those who work from home.) - Check out the Pictures, it is the office with the desk - *The house has a huge MASTER BEDROOM, with queen bed, with a good size closet and dresser. There is also a closet in the hallway where you can keep your coats and shoe which are all available for use. *A SECOND Bedroom with a queen bed, and desk (it is the picture with the green wall. Also has its own closet. *KITCHEN is fully stocked with all of the amenities (We've traveled enough to know that we hate it when you don't have all of the right pots and pans!), spices, etc. Did we mention the dishwasher?! *FULL BATHROOM - full bath with shower & bathtub *LAUNDRY - IN-Uni High end washer and dryer (very rare in SF!), located in the bathroom. *LIVING ROOM - Spacious with a Victorian Bay Window, with TV for all your Netflix delights. *DINNING ROOM - Separate Dinning Room with 6 seater table and pantry closet stocked with Household Essentials *INTERNET -The apartment has the fastest internet +1GBPS to do all of your work and be on those zoom calls. *UTILITIES: All utilities covered, except Electricity & Water, is covered up to $100 / Month. Anything above is covered by tenant. *PARKING: Street parking (short-term residential permit can be acquired through the city, otherwise 2-hour parking during business hours), there is a no permit area two blocks aways and previous sub- leasers have had no problems parking there. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: *LOCATION: Probably one of the best in the city! Easy walking access to some of the best neighborhoods, including Pacific Heights, Fillmore, Marina, and Presidio. Everything is walkable in this 100 walk score neighborhood. Grocery store is within 6 min walk. Walk down to Fillmore and get all of the delights of great restaurants and fun shopping, plus the parks in Pacific Heights are among the best in the city. You're also a short walk to the Presidio which is an amazing hike on a Saturday morning. *TRANSPORTATION: Buses are 1 block away: 1 - California, 2 - Clement (both go to Financial District), 43 - Masonic (towards USF) A car is definitely not necessary in this neighborhood or to get around in SF proper. Did I mention the neighborhood is filled with amazing restaurants within walking distance! A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I have lived in San Francisco 17 years and love the city. My husband and I are traveling in the meantime which means our apartment is available, we've stored away our personal belongings, leaving it with it's great charm, as this place is truly a great transitioning space. We know what it's like to show up to an unknown place, therefore we've put a lot of heart into making this place as welcoming as possible. ABOUT YOU: You (& your partner or housemate) would be someone who is clean, trustworthy, responsible, and who does not bring home the party home. Again, this sublet is while we travel, if you just relocated and need to get acclimated, or are in SF temporarily, are interning or have a nursing assignment, then this is for you. The space

The apartment is spacious for San Francisco standards! The master bedroom is HUGE with a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom fits a Queen bed with desk to also work for those that WFH. There is a separate closed off living room, dining room, and office, for those that WFH. In other words, you don't be piled on top of each other. This is apartment is great if you are a traveling couple or a couple and plus 1 family member or friend. So 2 - 3 people fit comfortably. Neighborhood: Probably one of the best in the city!
