The house is Edwardian, with 10 Ft ceiling in a bedroom. Bamboo floors throughout the house, except for kitchen where we have tile floor. Kitchen is very spacious, with 5 burner gas stove, 2 wall ovens and large kitchen island. You will have a designated kitchen cabinet for grocery storage and also refrigerator/freezer shelf. We have washer/dryer in the sun porch. Backyard garden is small but offers a great opportunity for bird watching. Black Phoebes, blue Jays, hummingbirds and mourning doves are frequent visitors.

Neighborhood: The neighborhood is mostly residential, peppered with restaurants and cafes. It is not completely "sleep- quarters " like Sunset or Richmond district of San Francisco, yet, with the absence of the busting pedestrian activity of Valencia corridor, our streets are very quiet. Street noise is almost non-existent. General hospital is 5 min walk. Potrero shopping center offers cloths store, sandwich shop and Safeway, as well as Pete's coffee. It is walking distance to Starbucks too.
